Every year we host an education conference like no other. Its a unique gathering that seeks to demystify leadership, foster authentic connections and ignite a collective passion for change in education.
In 2026, the focus is on Rewriting the Future, 2025 was about Leading through Limitation and 2024 was about disruptiving disadvantage for the young people we serve.
These events take place in March and are for anyone interested in school leadership and this video shows exactly what these events are all about.

In 2020, we embarked on a mission to host an annual School Leadership Summit to provide information and inspiration to anyone interested in school leadership.
Our inaugural event was a huge success, bringing together 150 teachers, leaders, social enterprises and charities from across the country for panel discussions, practical workshops and keynote speeches. Here’s a look back at that first Heads Forward School Leadership Summit.
